Individual sessions are useful for furthering personal growth and expanding into joy. Sessions can be very effective for working through difficult emotions, relieving tension and the treatment of pain. The approach is client-based with the focus on the client's needs at a particular time. Each session may be similar or different as each person is unique. Sessions may include some or all of the following: yoga postures; breath work; dialogue; meditation; visualization; energy field work and chakras; and relaxation.
